Project Manager (Ground-Up Construction)

Job Title: Project Manager (for ENR top 300 Contractor)
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $150k-$190k + Vehicle + Benefits
Requirements: 5+ years as a construction Project Manager. Experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+

This is a full time/permanent position with an ENR top 300 General Contractor.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has experience on ground-up projects exceeding $20M+. Ideally, projects related to Industrial facilities, Warehouses, Manufacturing, food / beverage, etc. However, they are also interested in candidates with general commercial projects if they have exceeded $20M+.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
• Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager 
• Experience on Ground-Up Projects exceeding $20M 
• Projects related to any of the following is helpful: Warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, Industrial. Tilt-Wall, Food / Beverage facilities, etc. General Commercial projects are fine also
• Estimating experience is helpful 
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
