Location: Tacoma, WA Contract Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: Days Extension Opportunities: Yes Certifications Required: BLS License Required: WA RN license or compact Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in home health, with recent experience within the last 10 years. Familiarity with Home Care Home Base is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home health setting. • Collaborate with our client's team to develop and implement patient care plans. • Utilize the Home Care Home Base EMR system for documentation. • Conduct patient visits and manage a caseload using a point system.
